Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Model

GreenCampus subscriptions are annual and prepaid. Pricing is shown as the base fee; 18% GST is added and displayed separately before payment.

2. Eligibility for Refund

A refund of the amount paid is available only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. No assessment has been started on the GreenCampus platform;
2. No report has been generated; and
3. The refund request is made within 14 calendar days of payment.

3. Non-Refundable Once Used

Once the subscription is used — by starting the assessment or generating any report — the subscription is non-refundable, including for change of mind, regardless of the time remaining on the subscription.

4. 14-Day Limit

After 14 calendar days from the date of payment, the subscription is non-refundable even if unused.

5. Mandatory Exceptions

A refund will be issued regardless of the conditions above in the following cases:

• Service delivery failure: payment succeeded but platform access was not provisioned, or the service is materially unavailable due to our fault.
• Duplicate or erroneous charges: the same subscription was charged more than once, or an incorrect amount was debited.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are made to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of approval. Razorpay typically settles refunds in 5–7 business days once initiated.

7. GST on Refunds

Where a refund is due, it is processed for the total amount paid, inclusive of the GST component.
